ALIGUE PASTA
Ingredients
1/3 cup Dari Creme Classic
2 tbsp Garlic, minced
1 cup Store bought Aligue or crab fat
Juice from ½ lemon
Pepper to taste
2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
300 grams Spaghetti, cooked according to package
direction

Procedure
- Sauté garlic in melted Dari Creme.
- Add aligue and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in lemon juice and season with pepper.
- Cook for about 1 more minute and stir in chopped parsley. Cool.
- Top aligue on spaghetti. Serve warm.
