ALIGUE PASTA



Ingredients

1/3 cup                    Dari Creme Classic
2 tbsp                      Garlic, minced
1 cup                       Store bought Aligue or crab fat
                                 Juice from ½ lemon
                                 Pepper to taste
2 tbsp                      Parsley, chopped
300 grams             Spaghetti, cooked according to package
                                 direction





Procedure


  1. Sauté garlic in melted Dari Creme.
  2. Add aligue and cook for about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in lemon juice and season with pepper.
  4. Cook for about 1 more minute and stir in chopped parsley. Cool.
  5. Top aligue on spaghetti. Serve warm.
