It doesn't mean that you are diabetic person you no longer allowed to eat rice or cut out rice to your diet. You can eat rice, but not the starchy one.

  7. If only the brown rice is our staple food here in our country, weight wouldn't be a big problem to all of us! It's a healthier option than the white rice that we have.. And, I wanna try that Spanish Style Rice.. :D
